做法
1. | 將絞肉和 絞肉醃料(濃) 放在大盆中,用多雙筷子用力攪拌到所有液體都被吸收。也可以放在攪拌機中,用漿狀腳攪拌。放進冰箱備用。 |
2. | 將 中式發麵酥油麵團 準備好,分成16等份並整型成圓球。做好的麵團蓋上保潔膜醒15分鐘。 |
3. | 烤箱預熱到390°F(200°C)。 |
4. | 取一小麵團壓扁擀成中厚邊薄圓片。把1-1/2大匙的餡放在麵皮中心。將麵皮從邊緣拉向中心打折﹐一邊折一邊轉﹐最後捏緊收口後翻過來整成圓形。將剩餘麵團依樣包好。 |
5. | 將胡椒餅光滑面沾水,再沾上芝麻。 |
6. | 胡椒餅裝盤後放進烤箱烤20分鐘。 |
Procedure
1. | Place the ground pork and Dark ground meat marinade in a big bowl. Use several chopsticks to stir the mixture vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed. You can also use a mixer with flat beater to mix the ground pork. Store the meat filling in the fridge. |
2. | Prepare the Chinese Boiled Dough with Roux . Cut the dough into 16 equal pieces and form each one into a ball. Cover the dough with a wet paper towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes. |
3. | Preheat the oven to 390°F(200°C)。 |
4. | Press one pieces of the dough. Roll it into a disk that is thick in the center and thin around the edge. Place 1-1/2 tbs of meat filling on the center of a dough disk. Lift one edge toward the center and make a crease, turn the dough a little and make another crease. Hold the top of the creases together. Repeat until the dough complete wraps the filling. Pinch the center tight to seal the opening. Turn the bun over and form it to a round shape. Repeat this step for the rest of the dough. |
5. | Dip the smooth side of the flatbread onto water then coat it with sesame seeds. |
6. | Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. |
